Note:  Hours are based on a two week pay period.  Thus, 72 to 80 hours are full-time positions, 36 to 71 hours are part-time positions, and PRN indicates that this position works on an as needed basis with no specific assigned weekly hours.  All positions working 35 hours or less are not benefit eligible positions.  Also note that PRN positions are not benefit eligible.

Professional Corporation

  • Medical Assistant - 80 hours per pay period, 1st shift. This position collects varied patient data. The Medical Assistant is responsible for preparing patients for practitioner examination and the performance of screening and diagnostic testing.  The Medical Assistant will utilize his/her knowledge of the stages of human growth and development to assess data and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to the age of the patient served, which is primarily adult and geriatric. This position will also be responsible for the entry of charges and also perform patient registration responsibilities.

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, with previous work experience in an office practice setting preferred, along with current certification in CPR.  MA certification preferred.

Rehab

  • Physical Therapist - 80 hours per pay. This position evaluates patients, defines care plans, and provides or oversees individual patient care within assigned locations and rotations. Leads physical therapy workgroup as assigned.

    Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with an undergraduate, MS or DPT. Must be licensed by the Board in the State of Ohio.

  • Rehabilitation Aide - 24 hours per pay period, Variable hours. The Rehabilitation Aide provides clinical and administrative support for the rehabilitation department. This Non-licensed position may assist therapist with patient care related tasks at in-patient and out-patient facilities.  Duties include direct patient contact to assist with gait, transfers and exercise routines, as well as departmental support to include restocking, light cleaning and limited clerical work.  

High school graduate or equivalent, with good communication skills.  Previous Rehab Aide experience preferred.

  • Physical Therapy Assisant - 24 hours per pay period, Variable hours. Performs in-patient and out-patient care under the direction of a physical therapist.  Care includes electro-modalities use, therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, aquatic exercise, and manual therapy. This position will most likely work in the outpatient rehabilitation center with occasional in-patient coverage.

Must have graduated from an accredited 2 year Associates Degree Physical Therapy Assistant program and be licensed as a PTA in the State of Ohio.   Previous Rehab experience preferred. 

Radiology

  • Records Clerk - 80 hours per pay period, 11:00am - 7:30pm; this position works every 3rd Saturday. Manages the daily clerical operations of the Radiology Department.  In addition, this position will provide para-technical support for the Radiology staff.  Responsible for greeting patients and visitors, will enter patient data into the information system, retrieve files, answer phones, file necessary reports and distribute and copy films.

High school graduate or equivalent. General computer knowledge required. Previous clerical experience is preferred. Candidates must have professional communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written directions.
